Quinoa Power Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 packets of stevia or another natural sweetener
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oat bran
3 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 1/3 cups almond milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup hemp seeds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan in cooking spray.
- In a big mixing bowl, upload the flour, baking powder, baking soda, stevia,
Cinnamon, and salt. Whisk collectively, then pour in the wheat bran, oat bran, and

some chunks. - Pour the batter into the muffin pan, only filling each cup to three/4 full. Place in

comes out clean.
