Cooking Time: 5 – 6 Minutes
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
6 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with
a whisk or electric hand mixer until it thickens into a batter.
- Coat a massive nonstick skillet in cooking spray and wipe away the extra with a
Paper towel. Save this for wiping the pan after cooking each pancake. Warmth the
Skillet over medium warmth.
- Pour or ladle about 1/2 cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook, 2 – 3
minutes each side until golden brown. Repeat for the remaining batter.
