Healthy French Toast

Ingredients:
14 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 slices whole-grain bread
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cups mixed berries
Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the egg whites, milk, cinnamon,
    and protein powder and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  2. Coat a huge nonstick skillet in cooking spray and place over medium heat.
