Eggs & Quinoa Instant

Directions:
4 egg whites
2/3 cup quinoa, cooked
1/3 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup mixed berries
Directions

  1. Add the egg whites to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper
    towel or lid and microwave for 2 – 3 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Add quinoa and almond milk to the bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
    Top with maple syrup and berries.
