1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon stevia or other natural sweetener
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract salt, to taste
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup skim milk
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the oats, protein powder, cinnamon,
stevia, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix together well.
- Add the almond butter, one small chunk at a time. Stir into the mixture
allowing it to break up slightly until it resembles crumbly cookie dough.
- Top with skim milk.
